We are a registered as non-profit agency.    Much of our funding is provided a Victims of Crime act (VOCA) grant, however each year we must secure 25% matching funds from local sources.

Our central goals are to help victims and witnesses to negotiate the criminal justice process; to afford victims their legal rights; to make participation in the system less burdensome. 

We attempt to return victims to pre-crime levels of functioning; help victims recoup losses; increase victim/wittness participation in the system; coordinate witnesses; increase the likelihood of offender rehabilitation by holding them accountable for their behavior and increase likelihood that criminal sentences fit the specifics of the crime. 

We provide our services to victims free of cost.
